Copying & Permissions:
Permission is granted by eQuiltPatterns.com to the purchaser/downloader of the original pattern to reproduce the foundation masters for personal use only. The photographs, projects, foundations, instructions, drawings, and quilt designs are protected by federal copyright law which prohibits their reproduction and distribution by any means. Commercial use is prohibited without the prior written consent of eQuiltPatterns.com. No files may be taken from this site and/or redistributed to any person for any purpose.

Teachers:
We encourage you to teach patterns found at eQuiltPatterns.com. Each student must purchase his/her own copy of the eQuiltPattern that will be taught. For convenience, the teacher may purchase multiple copies of the pattern and print them out for the students. However, teachers may not print multiple copies of a single eQuiltPattern and distribute them without paying for the appropriate number of copies (one per student). When teaching free patterns, each student must create his/her own account with eQuiltPatterns.com and download the pattern him/herself. Teachers may not make copies and distribute them to students.

Returns:
There are no returns on any electronic documents sold from this site onces the file(s) have been accessed. Printed material that was shipped to you may be returned for a refund (minus shipping charges) up to 30 days from the shipping date provided that we receive the pattern back in good condition.
